Artists from Polk County and surrounding areas are invited to participate in a special theme-based art competition hosted at the Cedartown Performing Arts Center. A public opening reception and awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, Nov. 6, at 6 p.m. inside the performing arts center. Selected art will be displayed until Monday, Dec. 22….
