Cynthia Ann “Cindy” Goss Ivy

Cynthia Ann Goss Ivy, known fondly as “Cindy,” passed away on May 7, 2024 at a Rome medical center.

Cindy’s proudest accomplishments included being a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church and being active in several groups such as Busy Bee’s, church choir, Inside Out Group, Sonshine Ministries, and Bread of Life Food Pantry organization.

She was also a member of the Rockmart Community Chorus. Her commitment to serving others extended beyond the church walls as she selflessly donated over 10 gallons of blood to The American Red Cross Association to help those in need.

In her free time, Cindy found joy in camping at Lake Lanier and exploring Gibbs Garden.  Cindy leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness and dedication that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorial donations be made to either Sonshine Ministry or Bread of Life at Victory Baptist Church, as these organizations meant so much to Cindy. Donations may be sent to Victory Baptist Church at 15 Hendrix Rd Rockmart GA 30153.
