Ms. Eleanor J. Dowdy York, age 86 of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026.
She was born on January 27, 1940 in Cedartown. She was the daughter of the late John Fred and Mary Pearl Thomason Dowdy.
Ms. York is survived by her daughter, Deborah York; sons, Keith York and Jeff York and three grandchildren.
Ms. York is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Donald Dowdy and grandson, Matthew York.
