Them Mixon Boys wrapping up the annual series in the Park from 7 to 9 p.m.

Make sure to head to Peek Park on Saturday evening to enjoy one last show to wrap up the 2021 Summer Concert Series.

The final concert brings Them Mixon Boys to the stage starting at 7 p.m. and continuing until 9 p.m. as the series concludes after two successful shows in June and July. The concert is free to enjoy for all.

Them Mixon Boys have a repertoire that includes Classic Rock hits everyone knows and loves, plus many of their own originals. They’ve toured all over the region and are regulars in Rome and Cartersville, and have played sets here in Polk County at events in the past as well.

Once again, food will be available for sale from Rudy’s Food Stand and Bulldawgs Gourmet Hotdogs. Additionally, the splash fountain will be on and the playground is open.

A slight chance of thunderstorms is in the forecast for Saturday evening, but the day is expected to be mostly sunny with a high of 87.

Peach State Ford is the sponsor of this year’s Summer Concert Series in Peek Park.

In June, Southland Soul headlined the opening of the series for 2021. Georgia Red Clay took the stage for the July performance.
