She was born September 11, 1931, in Polk County, Georgia, to her parents, the late Earnest V. Frasier and Miriam Bailey Frasier.

Geneva started her career in communications in 1954 as a switchboard operator with Southern Bell. She later worked in engineering and business services before retiring in 1992 with 38 years of service.
After retirement, she and Calvin enjoyed taking trips with the Joy Club at Elizabeth Baptist Church. She also had time for her hobbies of scrapbooking and especially her great love of making jewelry. But, most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Geneva was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
