Mr. Harry Joseph Bruerton, age 76, of Rockmart, GA, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
Harry was born in Hayward, CA, on May 7, 1948, a son of the late Edward Wallace Bruerton and Amy Julie Naurer Bruerton.
He had been a resident of Rockmart for the past seven years and was a veteran of the United States Navy. Harry was a retired bus driver with Utah Transit in Salt Lake, UT.

In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Bruerton.
Harry is survived by his wife, Nancy Ellen Bruerton; sons, Roy Bruerton, Steve Bruerton, and Tom Bruerton; step-children, Tracy, Keith, Kayla, Marlin, and Jermey; brothers, Church Bruerton and Thomas Bruerton; sister, Gaye Howe. One grandson, one granddaughter and one step-grandson along with nieces and nephews also survives.
In keeping with his wishes, Harry will be cremated, and no local services are planned at this time.
Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home & Crematory has charge of the arrangements for Mr. Harry Joseph Bruerton.
