Humane Society Pets of the Week – August 11, 2024

Lulu

Lulu is a one year old 43 lb Golden Retriever mix with medium long hair.  She is very sweet and special girl.  We believe she is house trained.  She walks well on a leash and basically has good manners.  With little training, she will learn commands.  Her ideal home will be with a somewhat active family and she will do very well with children, too.

As with all our dogs, Lulu has been tested for heartworms, vaccinated appropriate for age, spayed, and microchipped.  Microchip registration is included in the adoption fee.  All our pets are given flea and heartworm preventatives monthly.

Jewels

Jewels is a very sweet young  brown tabby, domestic short hair who came into our shelter with her 4 kittens.  She was kind enough to nurse a couple of extras but now she is done!!!!!   She is one year old and weighs 7.5 lbs.  She has been spayed and is ready to go to her forever home.  She loves to lie around and be beautiful, purrs a lot and plays with her toys.  Would you like Jewels to be your girl?
