Mrs. Lillian F. Green, age 88, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022. She was born on June 5, 1934, in Haralson County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Tommy and Edna Prater Forrister.
Mrs. Green is survived by her daughters, Debbie Currie, Faye Rowell, and Robyn Frasier; sons, Billy Ray Green and Johnny Green; sister, Patricia Forrister; nineteen grandchildren; thirty seven great grandchildren; five great, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Green is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Taft Green; son, David Green; sister, Irene Forrister; brothers, TJ Forrister and Wesley Forrister; and grandchildren, Leann Green and Brian Stallings.
The funeral service for Mrs. Lillian F. Green will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at one o’clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Vines officiating. Interment will follow in the New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Green will receive family and friends on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from six o’clock in the evening until eight o’clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home. At other hours, the family will receive family and friends at the residence.
