A man who was booked on a grand jury indictment is back out on the streets following his booking on Wednesday for the charge involving a 2018 child molestation case.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office records indicate that Ricky Leon Nale, 70, of a Cedartown address, was booked into custody and released on a $50,000 bond for the grand jury indictment.
Nale was indicted by a grand jury in their latest return of true bills brought forth by the Tallapoosa Circuit District Attorney’s office for a 2018 case involving a child molestation allegation. That case was being handled by the Polk County Police Department.
An additional search of Nale’s records did find him as a previously convicted and registered sex offender living in Cedartown.
