Mr. Pablo L. Pittaluga

Mr. Pablo L. Pittaluga, age 97, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. He was born on June 1, 1928 in Rosario, Argentina.

Pablo and his late wife, Muriel, immigrated to the US in 1964 and lived in Cedartown, GA where they raised their two sons. The family moved to Brazil in 1971, until returning to Georgia in 1979. Eventually, he moved to Johns Creek, GA and later Peachtree Corners.

Pablo built his career in the agricultural industry first with Rome Plow in Cedartown, GA, and later with the Georgia Dept of Industry & Trade in Atlanta. His work reflected his global outlook, but his true calling was always his family. After retiring in Cartersville, Pablo found joy in volunteering with the Booth Museum, where his love of history and learning found a natural home. He was admired for his vast memory of historical facts, his kind and chivalrous nature, and his steady role as an example for his family.

He is survived by his sons, Daniel C. Pittaluga (Wanda) and Pablo A. Pittaluga (Mary Beth); six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The family will have a memorial mass at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Pablo requests donations to any of these churches: St. Bernadette of Cedartown GA; St. Francis of Assissi in Cartersville GA; or St. Benedict of Johns Creek, GA.

Messages of condolence can be made to the family by visiting our website and signing the online guestbook at gammagefh.com.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mr. Pablo L. Pittaluga.
