Mr. Stanley Hester, age 57, of Rome, GA , passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023.
Stanley was born on March 6, 1966 to Eddie McSwain and his late mother, Lois Tibbs. Stanley worked as a carpenter for many years and enjoyed spending time outdoors.
He loved to go hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Wheeler Hester; daughters: Amber Hester and her fiancé, Derrick Dupree, Holly Lester, Tonya Wilson and her husband, Mark, Jessica Wright and Renee Hutchens; grandchildren: Reagan Thacker, Gabriel Thacker, Layla Thacker, Serenity Dupree, Camberly Alamia, Destin Alamia, Nikolas Alamia, Lexi Alamia, Mason Tate, Tristian Robinson, Wesley Wright, Jessa Wright, Nolan Wright, Avah Hutchens and Heaven Hutchens; great-grandchildren: Braxton Tate and Braydon Tate; siblings: Penny Turner and Sonya A. Raiden Hester.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, Mr. Hester will be cremated, and no formal services are being planned at this time.
