It hasn’t been long since the groundbreaking for the new Chick-fil-A of Cedartown was held, but progress has been swift so far in getting the new restaurant built on Highway 27 North in front of Tractor Supply.
Contractors began moving dirt back in October for the new Chick-fil-A location which will be operated by Kristen Pruitt Brannon, a native of Rockmart.

Most of the framing work on the new restaurant is completed, which will (weather permitting) be followed up by enclosing the building and finishing the exterior while work gets underway on turning the interior into the Chick-fil-A everyone knows and loves.
The new Chick-fil-A location will bring the number of the restaurants in Polk County up to two.
Cedartown’s Zach Thomas operates the Chick-fil-A of Rockmart, which opened in 2017.
Look for the new Chick-fil-A location to open in Cedartown sometime during the spring months of 2023.
