
A Cartersville man remained in the Polk County Jail on multiple theft and entering auto charges after being taken into custody by the Rockmart Police Department late Friday afternoon just past.
Tajai Quevonte Neal, 22, of 70 Hamilton Drive, Cartersville, had no bond set on multiple felony charges related to second degree burlgary and entering an auto, along with a felony weapons charge.
The Rockmart Police had not yet completed their full report of what happened, and Assistant Chief Jonathan Fuller reported that additional charges may be pending against Neal.
Police are also requesting that anyone who might have been had items stolen from the vehicle in at least the last week by Rockmart Police and haven’t yet reported the theft should do so, since it might have been Neal.
Some items he was found with have not yet been tied to a specific theft at this time, Fuller added.

Neal faces at least six counts of second degree burglary, 11 counts of entering auto, along with several counts of criminal trespass and criminal damage to property and a felony weapons charge.
