A Cedartown Middle School student is back with a new single after she made a splash this past fall with a song about love.

Isabella Hartline has released “Free,” her latest new song after finding success with last year’s hit “Love’s Still Here.”

Hartline, a CMS seventh grader, spent time during the pandemic break and summer putting together her first song, meant to provide some healing words for the nation during a tough time.

This new song is about being “free” to understand when we need help, to give up on bad habits, and being one’s own self among other things.
