Congrats go out to the Cedartown Lady Bulldogs competition cheer squad, who earned a win on the road on Saturday with a first-place finish in their latest trip to an area event.

The Lady Bulldogs opened the season the first week of September and were in competition last weekend as well, missing some time together as a full squad due to sickness on the team. They took the win today at the Kennesaw Mountain Cheer Classic for Division 4A teams.

This year’s squad includes seniors Gracie Ball, Gracee Privett, Annalee Walters, Harley McGee, Kami Owens, Aubrey Allen, Gabby Racine, Hayven Bauer, and Annalei Haynes.

Juniors on the team are Kalli Argo, Edy Lee, Amyia Powell, Ashley Otero; sophomores are Olivia Crenshaw and Ella Purser, and freshmen include Ava Casey and Maddie Jefferson.

They are coached by Kim Allred and Ashley Payne.

It was also a great day to be a Cedartown Middle School Lady Bulldog after they earned a first-place win in their event in Carrollton this afternoon.
