The West Cinema is bringing a band back to their stage this coming Friday night as they host Them Mixon Boys for a night of fun in downtown Cedartown, and the band has special plans for the evening event that you’ll want to come and take part in.
Tickets are just $10 and are available now at thewestcinema.com, and the band will be starting the show at 8 p.m.
The big reason why the price of admission will be worth it: a camera crew is setting up to shoot a video for the band. But it’ll be more than just that, they’ve also got a 10-song live album being recorded at the same time as well.
Them Mixon Boys have a repertoire that includes Classic Rock hits everyone knows and loves, plus many of their own originals. They’ve toured all over the region and are regulars in Rome and Cartersville, and have played sets here in Polk County at events in the past as well.
Friday’s event marks the second show to be held and one of the latest live special events being held at The West Cinema since owner Michael Tinney added a stage in recent months to expand the use of the theater with the lack of new movies available in the past months.
