If the pizza makers at the Hut can work as fast as the construction crews putting up the location behind the old in Rockmart, then delivery times are set to go down when they open in the coming months.
Rockmart’s Pizza Hut broke ground on a brand new location back in late March, and progress has been fast on getting the new restaurant up and ready to run.

The new location almost directly behind the old in the shopping center around Ingle’s at the corner of Nathan Dean Parkway and Piedmont Avenue has already gotten a coat of paint and the exterior completed, but the interior and driveway work was still left to be done as of Sunday afternoon.
When the new location opens, plans are to tear down the old Pizza Hut and replace it with a Burger King. A timetable for construction work on the new addition to Nathan Dean Parkway wasn’t immediately available, but hopes were earlier this spring when construction started on Pizza Hut to get it underway as soon as possible.
Look for construction to finish up in June and an announcement about an opening date to follow.
