The Polk County Commission’s committees for Finance and Public Works are set to meet again in coming days, with light agendas for each.

The Finance Committee meets on Wednesday, July 15 at 1 p.m. in the County administration’s new home in the Mundy Building conference room, where the only item on the agenda at present is a monthly update on the county’s balance sheet from Muriel Dulaney.

On Thursday, July 16, the County’s Public Works committee meets to discuss subdivisions, general insurance vehicles and hear reports from different departments.

It is also scheduled for the Mundy Building conference room and will start at 2 p.m.
