The front of the Polk County Courthouse complex in Cedartown is going to host a prayer session on Saturday morning, per a Facebook post on the upcoming event.

Saturday’s prayer session is being led by Pastor Jimmy Welchel and he will be joined by others starting at 9 a.m., and the public is invited to join in.

The session is being based on Psalm 33:12, which reads “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance.”
