Prepare to get cozy this weekend for a chance to enjoy a movie night ahead of Halloween at East View Baptist Church.
The church is inviting the community to come participate in an outdoor showing of “Toy Story 4” on Sunday, October 25 starting at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and people will be requested to social distance and bring their own camp chairs and blankets for the screening.
Organizers at the church said they are hoping the event will be held outside, but if weather becomes a factor it will move it inside of the Christian Life Center.
Additionally, children are encouraged to dress up for Halloween during the event and bring a bucket as since they will be holding a reverse trick-or-treat during the Sunday evening event.
Adults will be passing out candy instead of youth moving around the area as part of social distancing guidelines the church has in place for the event.
Those interested can check out the East View Baptist Church Facebook for more. They are located on the Highway 27 bypass across from Cedartown High School.
