The tradition of bringing candidates to Polk County and enjoying a good breakfast was reinvigorated this morning as 14th District Congressional hopefuls lining up to challenge U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene talked about their backgrounds and platforms during a bright and early Thursday morning in Rockmart.
The 2022 Eggs and Issues Breakfast hosted by the Rotary Club of Polk County saw GOP challenger Jennifer Strahan, along with Democrats Wendy Davis, Holly McCormick and Marcus Flowers take part in the event, along with the campaign manager for Marjorie Taylor Greene – Joe Proenza – speaking in her absence since she couldn’t join the event this morning.
The four are all on a common goal to see Greene out of Congress as a new session starts in 2023, while the incumbent Representative in the house wants to do her part to expand and retake the House majority for the GOP.
Instead of providing a blow-by-blow of what each had to say, you can check out these videos below for additional coverage.
