Familiar faces return to work at Cedartown practice

AdventHealth Redmond re-opens shuttered Cedartown office

The snap of the scissors across the ribbon brought the process of bringing the AdventHealth Redmond office in Cedartown on North Main Street back into full business as staff, family and even patients celebrated on Friday afternoon.

The office that closed in 2020 is now back open with the new ownership at AdventHealth giving their blessing with CEO Isaac Sendros on hand for the afternoon open house and ribbon cutting to welcome back the Family Medicine practice to Cedartown.

Nurse Practitioner Jina Ford is heading up the efforts on the medical side, along with veterans Tammy Jarrell, Samantha Mann and Laura Hutcheson. They’re being joined by Krystal Jackson and Amber Whatley. The familiar faces are a welcome return to normal for patients who are happy to be able to see them without having to take trips to Rome for their regular checkups and other services provided at the AdventHealth Medical Group Family & Internal Medicine.

Sendros had a few words to say, which is best shared in video format:

Additionally, here’s a slideshow from Friday’s ribbon cutting ceremony as well:

Friday’s event held during office hours gave local officials and patients alike the opportunity to come back and see the newly re-opened offices.

Staff also provided lunch for those who took part in the ceremony and the open house during the afternoon event.
