Veteran’s Day over the weekend saw American Legion members move indoors to remember the sacrifices made by those still here and who gave their lives to protect freedoms in the nation.

Rainy weather forced the annual ceremony from the Veterans Memorial Park on East Avenue into the Cedartown post indoors.

Retired Col. John Frasier was this year’s speaker for the event at Post 86.
