Commissioner Linda Liles in Appreciation and Support of Polk County’s Historical West Cinema is hosting two talents from the Madea movie franchise.
Joining her are actors Jen Harper and L Warren Young for a Meet & Greet all of Polk County residents.
“My focus is to help our county grow and I believe The West Cinema offers us the opportunity to bring quality entertainment in a family-oriented environment by keeping its history for now and generations to come,” Liles said. “We need to all come together and support one of our most important landmarks. The owner of The West Cinema has done a great job keeping the essence and history of the theater alive and I want to contribute and help in any way I can to keep this place open for our children and grandchildren to enjoy.”
The West Cinema will show a fun movie “A Madea Family Funeral” and will have two special guests, actors L. Warren Young and Jen Harper, Warren and Jen have been in many great movies and TV shows, Jen Harper is featured in Madea’s movie showing, you will be able to meet both of them, take pictures and see Jen on the big screen.
This memorable event will take place Sunday, October 18 at 2:30pm at The West Cinema located at 112 West Ave. in Downtown Cedartown.
Be sure to buy tickets online, seating is limited. Tickets are on sale for $5 at www.thewestcinema.com all proceeds of tickets and concessions sales are going to The West Cinema.
