Rockmart High School held their 2020 Homecoming Parade celebrating the court, football team, Lady Jackets Cross Country team for their region championship and many others during an event held on campus this morning.

The parade featured the entire court and was headed up by the Yellow Jackets Marching Band, which circled both the Rockmart Middle and High School campuses to give students the chance to see the court before tonight’s festivities at halftime when the 2020 queen will be announced.

Rockmart takes on Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe in their latest region contest for the Homecoming game after a road win against North Murray this past Friday.

Seniors represented on the court this year include Mehiji Floyd, Gracie Tan, Javin Whatley, Lauren Allred, Dalton Sprayberry, Kylie Grogan, Sarah Beth Frasier, Stockton Norrod, Maddie Tilley, Dalvin Millhollan, Anna Claire Sides, and Sherman Davis.

The junior court includes Payton Baldwin, Takiyah Cummings, Logan Adams, and Omarion Garrett. Sophomore representatives are Jase Davis, Timber Darden, Jakiryah Tolbert, and Taqi Lindsey.

2020’s freshman court is made up of Jake Bailey, Lily Clark, Jacee Couzzort, and Malachi Ware.
