The Cedartown Bulldogs host the Ridgeland Panthers for homecoming this week, and halftime festivities will include the presentation of this year’s queen for the 2021 event.
Homecoming festivities at the high school kicked off on the return to school on Tuesday and have continued through the week, leading up to Friday’s announcement of who will be the queen during the Ridgeland game.
The senior court is represented by Graci McElwee, Emma Tuck, Barrett Pirkle, Gracee Privett, Rossy Cruz and Alyssa Griffin.
Junior representatives this year include Amyia Powell, Edy Lee, Maritza Nunez and Abigail Glenn. Sophomores are represented this year by Hayze Griffin, Emily Barker, Autumn Boatner and Anna Beth O’Neal.
The freshman court this year is made up of Sydnee Shelton, Landry Atkins, Ava Casey and Carley Anne Casey.
The representatives will be enjoying a parade downtown Cedartown on Main Street at 6 p.m. this evening.
