HOMETOWN PHOTO: A remembrance for 9/11 in Cedartown

This past weekend on Saturday, local residents around Polk County found a variety of ways to memorialize those who died during one of the worst days in American History, now two decades past.

Angelia Gravley sent in this Hometown Photo over the weekend of the Cedartown Fire Department’s annual remembrance of the September 11, 2001 attacks with the Stars and Stripes raised proudly in front of the fire station over the weekend on Saturday.

Gravley added that “I live in Cedartown and this made me proud!”
