KPB hosting annual One for the Chipper in early January

Keep Polk Beautiful is hoping that once the holidays are over, those who put up live Christmas trees in their homes will decide to help out nature and recycle them with the organization during an early 2025 event.

Mark the calendar for January 4, 2025 as Keep Polk Beautiful hosts their annual One for the Chipper event at Camp Antioch.

The Saturday event encourages tree recycling and those who stop in from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. will get a free tree seedling to offset the loss of a tree to the holidays.

Those interested in more information can contact KPB Executive Director Randy Cook at rcook@cedartowngeorgia.gov.
