Bond was denied for a Cedartown man facing multiple felony charges involving child molestation, and Polk County Police continue to investigate the incident.

The Polk County Jail reported that Chad Wayne Paul, 26, of a Judkin Mill Road address, was taken into custody on Saturday by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and remains in jail without bond set on multiple felony charges.

Polk County Police are investigating the incident, and detectives said the case remains open at this time and no additional information was available.

Paui was charged with child molestation, aggravated child molestation, sexual battery against a child under 16, sodomy and terroristic threats and acts.
