Mr. Don Wayne Shell, age 75 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021. He was born on January 2, 1946. He was the son of the late Jim Shell and Zula Eason.

Mr. Shell is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Sandra Judy Shell; daughters, Donna Shell, Joy Shell, Tina Brown and Nikki Shell; ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Mr. Shell is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Edward Eason; sisters, Marrell Vines and Helen Jennings and great-granddaughter, Ella Grayce Pointer.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Don Wayne Shell will be held on Monday, March 15, 2021 at two o’clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Trawick officiating. Interment will follow in Polk Memory Gardens.

The family of Mr. Shell will receive family and friends on Sunday, March 14, 2021 from six o’clock in the evening until eight o’clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Kerry Eason, Tyler Eason, Dalton Eason, Logan Duke, Charlie Brown and Chris Ragsdale. The following gentlemen will serve as honorary pallbearers: Lee Cain, Cody Eaves, James Dooley Welchel, Wayne Welchel and Bill Welchel.

In accordance with the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC, social distancing guidelines will be in place as well as the use of masks required for all services provided for Mr. Shell.
