The Polk County Drug Task Force took several more ounces of methamphetamine and marijuana off the streets on Wednesday after they conducted a search warrant on a Cedartown residence and nabbed six individuals on multiple charges, according to DTF Commander Jonathan Fuller.
Agents from the DTF raided 114 Sheila Lane, Cedartown, on Wednesday and were able to take three ounces of methamphetamine, and two ounces of marijuana as well as scales and pipes to jail “multiple repeat drug offenders” during the midweek operation.
Those who were arrested included:
Steven Lloyd Curby, 38, of 77 Harris Loop, Cedartown
Adam Lee Grace, 32, of 13 Oak St., Aragon
Destiny Leigh Kelley, 23, of 114 Sheila Drive, Cedartown
Justin Lee Williams, 25, of 128 Irwin St., Apt. 128, Cedartown
Additionally, Lakeisha Mann, of 114 Sheila Drive, Cedartown and Victoria Grace, of 5078 Hwebert Drive, Powder Springs, were booked into jail today for drug possession and other charges as well in connection to the Wednesday arrests.
All six are facing charges of felony possession of methamphetamine with intent, and felony possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
Additionally, Mann faces charges of two felony counts of use of a communication facility in communicating or facilitating in a felony act, and listed as a misdemeanor charge dangerous drug – sale, manufacture, deliver or possess.
Victoria Grace also faces charges of two counts of felony possession of marijuana, and a charge for trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphetamine. Adam Grace also faced charges of felony possession of marijuana, sale of marijuana, and trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphetamine.
Williams faces charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, and tampering with evidence along with the methamphetamine possession charges.
Curby was charged with a misdemeanor for failure to use a signal in the case as well.
Kelley faces additional charges of felony use of a communication facility in communicating or facilitating in a felony act, giving inmates liquor, drugs, weapons, etc. without consent of warden, a misdemeanor charge of sale of dangerous drugs and another for marijuana possession of less than an ounce.
