Polk County Police are seeking the public’s help in potentially finding a suspect who fled a traffic stop on Tuesday night on Judkin Mill Road, leaving behind a minivan with drugs inside.

PCPD sought to stop a white Toyota Sienna minivan around 9 p.m. in the Judkin Mill Road area when the suspect behind the wheel was spotted using a phone while driving.

When police tried to pull the vehicle over, they went on the run instead.

A search of the van’s interior turned up marijuana and a large amount of methamphetamine (see above.)

Police don’t yet have the identity of the suspect, and are hoping the public might know who it is based on the description of the van posted on social media, along with the picture of the meth they found within.
