Polk County Police are seeking help from the public in identifying a pair of suspects who took items from a Morgan Valley Road convenience store earlier in the week.

The suspects – seen in security camera footage provided by Poteet’s Store at 180 Morgan Valley Road – have yet to be identified and investigators are hoping that the public will recognize them by their clothing or partial facial shots, including one police dubbed as “Best Criminal Selfie of the Month.”

The Criminal Investigations Division would like to meet the two subjects pictured below! They were involved in a Burglary at Poteet’s Store (180 Morgan Valley Road) on October 26, 2021!

The subjects below are captured on camera taking a lot of items that they did not pay for! Oh, did we mention the store was closed too?

We would like to award one of the suspects with the ”Best Criminal Selfie of October 2021 Award”, for the amazing shot they left our detectives! The subjects were also kind enough to leave behind articles of their clothing for our investigators to send off to the GBI DOFS for analysis!
