The county posted a job listing for the head of the county’s law enforcement agency on Wednesday as they are seeking applicants immediately for the post. A full listing of requirements and job description can be found here.

Applicants must have submitted their information for consideration by April 5.

The County is asking for potential chief candidates to have at least 10 years of experience in law enforcement, a bachelor’s degree (a master’s is preferred) and “an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the knowledge, skill and abilities necessary to perform the work.”
