Polk County Police arrested David Trenton Glaze, 30, of 410 Judkin Mill Road, Cedartown, on Saturday night around 10 p.m. when police got a report from a victim that he was messaging them in violation of a protection order.
Officers got to see Glaze’s conversation on Facebook messenger, and went to find their suspect to investigate further.
They found him on Wiley Drive with officers from the Cedartown Police to help serve a warrant for aggravated stalking. They found him in the driveway and he claimed that the victim began the messages first, but when he showed police the same thread on his phone it only confirmed what the victim told them all along with timestamps included.
Glaze was taken into custody, and when searched further was found with a pipe with suspected meth in one pocket, and a small bag of suspected meth in the other.
He was booked into the Polk County Jail without further incident, and remained there without bond set as of this posting since his arrest came over the weekend.
Glaze was charged with felonies for aggravated stalking and possession of methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor for possession and use of drug-related objects.
He had previously faced the same charges in January of this year, when Glaze was booked for drug possession alongside another suspect when they were stopped by Game Wardens and PCPD for reported illegal hunting.
