Two charged with misdemeanors

A group of five teens are all facing some kind of trouble after they were caught drinking at Haney Arena after the first night of the Rockmart Pro Rodeo.
Two of those were charged since they were already 18 with loitering or prowling after they were discovered with alcohol at the Morgan Valley Road address on Friday night, September 6.
Per the report, workers at the arena busted the teens after the rodeo had finished hanging out in the parking area with alcohol.
Madison Grace Lemaster, 18, of a Rome address and Ella Grace Purser, 18, of a Rockmart address, were both booked into the Polk County Jail on a single misdemeanor charge each of loitering or prowling.
Bond was set on each charge at $300, and both were released after a brief time in custody.
The other three teens caught in the incident were all under the age of 18 and turned over to their parents after they were briefly detained by officers on Friday night.
