An early morning stop saw Stephen Wesley Graham, 34, of 610 Pea Ridge Road, Rockmart, arrested on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges and was released on $23,500 bond.
The report stated that Graham was stopped in his 1994 Toyota T100 by officers at Collard Valley Road and Ben West Road in the Cedartown area for speeding at 3:39 a.m. on Thursday. The report did not indicate how fast Graham was going, but charges indicate it was well over the limit.
During a search of his vehicle while stopped, police found 15 grams (a third of a pound) of methamphetamine, digital scales and other drug-related objects.
Graham was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of tools for commission of a crime, and misdemeanors for possession of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.
