A woman who was only a passenger in a vehicle admitted to officers that “if there is anything it would be Methamphetamine” in her possession – along with other paraphernalia – during a late Friday night traffic stop on Highway 101, according to reports.
Polk County Police arrested Brandy Nicole Bradford, 41, of a Lindale address on Friday night, January 24, 2025, when she was in the back seat of a van stopped for swerving in front of an officer on patrol.
Police spoke to the driver and were letting them go with a warning when consent was given to search the vehicle. The driver and another passenger got out alongside Bradford, and when officers began to search the area where Bradford had her belongings they found four glass pipes, straws used to snort drugs, and a baggie of methamphetamine kept in a square clear container.
When questioned about the items found in her possessions, Bradford simply stated that “if there is anything it would be Methamphetamine.” Bradford was carried onward to the Polk County Jail without incident.
Polk County Police charged Bradford with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession and use of drug-related objects. She remained in jail on a $6,000 bond as of this posting.
