Polk County Police took three people into custody who were involved in a fight when officers arrived on scene late Monday Night on Benedict Loop, according to reports.

Officers arrested Dominique Mashunn Dudley, 36, of Cedartown, Markecia Dudley, 32, of Cedartown and Honesty Paige Mayhall, 21, of Piedmont, Alabama after officers arrived to the scene after 9 p.m. on Monday night, July 1.

Per the report, both Dominique Dudley and Mayhill told officers they came to Domininque’s relative’s house on Monday night to retrieve his belongings, and Markecia Dudley confronted the pair and began a fight after busting the windshield on a 2016 Toyota Camry.

Markecia Dudley told officers that Dominique arrived and began threatening her and her children, which angered her and kicked off the incident.

Since both sides presented different stories about what happened, Polk County Police took all three into custody on a single charge each of disorderly conduct for Dominique Dudley and Mayhill, while Markecia Dudley faces a pair of disorderly conduct charges.

Dudley and Mayhill remained in custody as of this posting on $500 bonds.

Markecia Dudley is being held on a $1,000 bond on the pair of misdemeanor charges.
