Jeffery David Page, 28, and Heather Page, 26, both of 308 S. Louis Rd., Cedartown, were being held on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges after they were taken into custody on a reported kidnapping.
Police had not yet filled out details of what happened in their report on the Page’s arrest on Tuesday afternoon.
Both remained in the Polk County Jail as of this posting without a bond set.
Jeffery Page was charged with felonies for false imprisonment, kidnapping, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender, possession of firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent and misdemeanors for cruelty to children in the third degree, battery, interference with custody and marijuana possession.
Heather Page was being held also on felony and misdemeanor charges, including felony kidnapping and false imprisonment. Her misdemeanor charges included cruelty to children in the third degree, battery, and interference with custody.
