Congratulations go out to Lauren Allred, this year’s valedictorian for the Rockmart High School Class of 2021.

Her position as the top senior for the year was announced alongside Andrew Lumpkin, who was named this year’s salutatorian as well during a ceremony that was broadcast on a Facebook livestream for all to enjoy in the school’s library this morning.

Alongside the announcement of Allred and Lumpkin’s top positions in the Class of 2021, three others were also honored by the school for academic achievement this year.

The Top 5 students also included Gillian Vansciver, Tayte Fuqua, and Trudi Baines Floyd.
