Looking for something spooky to do for all ages right before Halloween and Trick-or-Treating? The first-ever Boos and Brews event is coming up at the end of the month providing a fun evening for all, including the chance to win a prize in a costume contest.

Rockin Rooster & Happy Hen owner Helen Riley is inviting the community to come to take part on Friday, October 30 from 4 to 8 p.m. and participate in Boos and Brews by enjoying Piper & Leaf tea for tasting, a complimentary goody bag for each child, and the winner of the Adult Costume Contest can take home a gift as well.

The event will also feature light refreshments for participants to enjoy, and Riley will be keeping the store open and offering discounts on items as well.

Rockin Rooster is located at 401 N Piedmont Ave., Rockmart. Hours are Monday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
