Some of the best bull riders in the country are converging on Polk County tonight and Saturday night for the 2024 edition of the Rockmart Pro Rodeo.

This year’s event (rain or shine) kicks off at 7:30 p.m. tonight and continues until 10:30 p.m.

Saturday opens at 7:30 and wraps up at 11 p.m.

Tickets begin at $20 for adults and $15 for children for both nights, not including tax.

Carl Black GMC of Kennesaw and Haney Farm and Ranch Supply in Rockmart are major sponsors for the big event.

The IPRA Sanctioned rodeo includes bull rides, barrel racing and breakaway roping, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, team roping and tie down roping.

Concessions and vendors will be on hand for the upcoming 57th annual event at Haney Arena on Morgan Valley Road outside of the Rockmart city limits.
