Talking Points on Polk Today returns after a hiatus for a whole episode around the 2020 Census, which remains on-going through the end of October to complete.

Polk County currently sits at 50.9% (as of the recording of this episode, might be slightly better) after finishing with a 62% self response rate in 2010. (Even Dade County is doing better, feature that.)

Please, please, please go fill out the questionnaire at 2020census.gov today. It takes five minutes of your life to complete and is the least obtrusive thing the government asks you to do.
