In this latest episode of Talking Points on Polk Today, I sat down with Rockmart City Manager Jeff Ellis for an extended conversation on several topics for the seventh edition of the show.

Ellis, a 40 year veteran on the job with the city, previously served as Rockmart Fire Chief before he took over the role as City Manager in 1995.
