After vendors setup on Friday night and folks had a chance to come out to the park and see what was available for sale, the Cedar Valley Arts Festival is up and running this morning after a race and awards went out to students for their art projects hung around the tennis courts at Peek Park.

Artisans, food, entertainment and more are available at the 57th annual Cedar Valley Arts Festival, with a car show underway until 2 p.m. on Saturday, and music through the rest of the day through 6 p.m., and returns on Sunday morning at 10 a.m.

The annual event in Cedartown helps support the efforts of the Cedartown Junior Service League, who in turn provides community support for a variety of organization through donations and volunteer work.
