A project that began in early 2019 is getting closer to being ready to open after more than a year of construction.

The Cottages at Rockmart broke ground in February 2019, and since then the eight cottage-style buildings for the new senior care facility have risen along the corner of Highway 278 and Goodyear Avenue.

Recent postings on their Facebook page have shown off some of the rooms that are soon to be available, have provided information about hiring events and this most recent item:
