A hiatus over the past two years saw trick-or-treaters having to spend the weekend of Halloween going from house to house instead of a traditional downtown event that brings in youth from all corners.
This year, businesses put out tables and filled up bowls of candy for the return of trick-or-treating to Main Street, and the crowds came out in force.
Youth got an opportunity to get their candy early from Main Street businesses during the 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Trick-or-Treating event organized by the Downtown Cedartown Association.
